TO: GENERAL MANAGERS, FLIGHT MANAGERS, AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGERS
FROM: QUIK-FLIGHT, LLC
American Airlines has announced that their American Eagle flights
to JFK will stop after May 1st 2003. This will disrupt the travel
plans of approximately 5500 people per month who fly to JFK from
Albany for business and pleasure. No other carrier is flying into
JFK at this time as US Air flies into La Guardia and Continental
flies into Newark, NJ. This means ground transportation will have
to be an alternative unless you call Quik Flight at 377-9777.
Quik Flight, www.quikflight.com, is preparing to meet this challenge
and will provide on demand business air
charter shuttles to JFK for our corporate clients. You can arrange
for flights to be scheduled at your time and convenience. We will
take you to JFK and pick you up when you need a return trip. We
can also connect you to or from Albany to JFK for the next leg of
your business trip.
Quik Flight being located at the Schenectady County Airport is
able to reduce the costs of charter and offer more attractive rates.
In our Cheyenne turboprop, a trip to JFK from the Capital District
will cost approximately $1200 plus landing fees and take 45 minutes
of airtime. This rate divided by a maximum of 5 passengers per flight
would be $240 per person. Rates will vary depending on the number
of passengers traveling on each leg of the trip.
Furthermore, Quik Flight will be happy to pick you up at an airport
closer to your office. There is no need to have to drive to the
Capital District for your JFK connection. Any airport with a runway
of 3500 feet or greater can accommodate our turboprop and allow
us to pick you up there. When you contact us we will determine the
best options for your company.
Quik Flight also has the ability to accommodate you with larger
jet aircraft when your company is flying larger groups of passengers.
Please contact our office to get on our preferred customer list
to plan and prepare for your executive travel needs at 377-9777.
Thank you for choosing Quik Flight.
