- Cancellations: Flights may
be cancelled without penalty by the customer or Quik Flight due
to weather conditions deemed unsafe. There is a 25% fee for cancellations
prior to 72 hours notice and 35% fee for cancellation within 72
hours notice.
- Baggage: Baggage will be
accepted on a space permitting basis. For your safety, hazardous
materials of any type are prohibited in baggage or cargo of all
jet charters.
- Substitute Aircraft: Quik
Flight reserves the right to substitute an aircraft that is similar
for the trip.
- Scheduling: Aircraft are
scheduled at the time set by the customer. Customers need to arrive
15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time to ensure no delays
are encountered. Crews will arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior
to departure. If the customer is late, we may be forced to cancel
the trip due to other commitments later in the day.
- Payment: Payment is accepted
at our office in the form of cash, company or personal check,
money orders, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard and American
Express. Credit card payments may be taken over the phone at time
of booking. The cost of the jet charter flight will be paid prior
to departure. Extra charges such as additional pilot waiting time
and additional services will be charged upon completion of the
flight. Cancellation charges will be applied immediately when
they occur.
